My journey in the food and beverage industry has been a long and exciting one. It all began in a humble coffee cafe, where I first discovered my passion for serving great food and drinks to customers. Over time, I gained experience managing a bustling sandwich bar and honing my craft in a local ramen shop, where I dedicated myself to mastering the perfect chicken broth that would satisfy any ramen lover.
As I continued to develop my skills and knowledge, I eventually opened my own ramen restaurant, where I could share my love of Japanese cuisine with the world. It was there that I truly found my calling, crafting delicious and unique ramen dishes that kept customers coming back for more. However, my love for broth and my desire to explore new culinary horizons eventually led me to settle down in a broth business, where I could focus on creating the perfect broth that could be enjoyed by anyone. knew that broth had many health benefits, including boosting the immune system, and could be a valuable addition to people's diets during a time when health was top of mind.
As a designer turned cafe and Japanese ramen business owner, I've always been passionate about creating experiences that bring people together through delicious food. Over the years, I've come to appreciate the importance of broth as the foundation of many great dishes, and the incredible health benefits it offers.

Pivoted my focus to the broth business, using only the highest quality ingredients and traditional techniques to create nourishing and flavorful broths that promote wellness and vitality.
In 2019 and today, bone broth is a real need. Even if people don’t know that they need it yet - eventually they discover it. So we continue to innovate, experiment, and release new flavors to meet a whole range of different people where they are now. The entire experience is designed to be a welcoming, nourishing one.
